The Engaged Search Option
Our engaged search is best suited for critical, senior level positions that need to be filled in a timely manner and require thorough, professional representation in the marketplace. With this option, you will have less exposure should a hire fail to materialize. A project team will work with you until the position is filled or, two offers of emloyment have been extended. Our guarantee period is 90 days and all candidates recruited will be offered to client on an exclusive basis for a maximum period of 30 days from the date they were presented.
The engaged search option largely came about from working with startups. Startups typically have limited budgets, but still have critical needs that must be filled in short time frames. Terms and Conditions
- A placement fee of 25% of the total estimated first years compensation is required
- One quarter is due and payable upon signing of the search agreement. This is non-refundable.
- The final three quarters is due and payable within 30 days from the date of hire.
