Anderson Construction Co., Inc. has been in business for 19 years in commercial construction with emphasis in land acquisitions, land development and planning and design/ build - full turn key services. We have a Class B commercial general contractor's license with the City of Fort Collins, City of Loveland, City and County of Denver, a Class A commercial general contractor's license with the State of Wyoming and a real estate license with the State of Colorado.

We currently have several projects under contract ranging from $146,000 to $4,500,000. We are capable of land development projects up to twelve million dollars and commercial/industrial projects up to six million dollars. We carry general liability insurance, workers compensation for our employees, and builders risk policies for each project. We are also capable of bonding our projects up to $5 million dollars. Anderson Construction makes it mandatory to all of our subcontractors to carry similar policies.
