"The 28,000 square foot retail plaza in Cheyenne was a challenge to build. The construction costs were targeted at $61 per square foot. All indications demonstrated that this budget would be next to impossible to meet and still have an attractive building. Never the less, we proceeded with the most cost effective design possible while maintaining its unique character and placed the project out to bid among 5 general Contractors. All bids exceeded our budget. However, it was Anderson Construction who ultimately demonstrated the value engineering initiative to bring the project into budget without sacrificing the appearance of the building. They understand what it takes to get things accomplished.

Anderson Construction is responsive and proactive in their approach to construction. They look ahead to make sure the progress of construction continues smoothly.

Doug Means does a great job coordinating the owner's needs and changes during the construction of the building.
