The Contingency Search Option
Our contingency search option may be used for on-going openings which do not need to be filled in short time frames. Many companies choose this option when a critical need does not exist, but the need for a specific profile is constant. Our guarantee is 30 days replacement and exclusivity of candidates is not offered with this method.
Our contingency option uses a sliding fee scale based on turn around times. The faster you respond, the better your chances to get the talent you need and the more you save. If you are interested in this option, the details are outlined below.
Terms and Conditions
- A placement fee of 20% of the total estimated first years compensation is required. This fee rate reflects a 31 day or greater turnaround time from presentastion of candidate to client, to extending an offer of employment.
- A placement fee of 15% of the total first years compensation is required. This fee rate reflects up to a 30 day turnaround time from presentation of candidate to client, to extending an offer of employment.
- No exclusivity of candidates is granted with this option.
- Payment is due and payable upon start date
- Our guarantee period is for 30 days from date of hire and is a replacement guarantee only.
